When one of our kind and generous followers fell in love with approx. 6-year-old Teo, we couldn’t blame her! We helped her pledge a donation for him if he was rescued from Queens ACC, and she’s now fostering him through the amazing Red Hook Dog Rescue! We sent a small bonus donation as well.

Teo was at risk at ACC for fearful behavior. Police found this shy cutie tied up and abandoned. We’re thrilled he’s now getting the chance to decompress and show the world who he can be with love and care. When Red Hook Dog Rescue founder (and dog whisperer IMHO) Harriet picked him up for his freedom ride, she spoiled him with ice cream, fries, and chicken nuggets, which he took so gently and politely. His foster says he “loves affection” and will begin to work with a trainer after he decompresses!
